Job Description:

In the position of Business Development Associate, you will hold a pivotal role within our sales team, responsible for lead generation, prospecting and outreach activities. We expect a minimum of 2 years of prior experience in recognizing potential clients, initiating meaningful conversations and coordinating sales team meetings. This role is crafted to elevate your capabilities as an BDA, providing you with invaluable perspectives into the realms of sales and business development.

Experience:

At least 1 years of IT sales experience in B2B Sales for US or UK market with measurable results in team handling and enterprise sales

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for all Outbound engagement on our products & services
  • Engaging with customers, reaching out to potential clients through calls and diligently pursuing leads
  • Demonstrating exceptional multitasking abilities, effortlessly managing various communication
  • channels such as phone, email, and chat in a dynamic environment
  • Addressing inquiries from potential customers comprehensively and dispatching supplementary information via email
  • Formulating and upholding a database comprising existing and potential clientele
  • Efficiently organizing a maximum number of qualified sales
  • Researching and meticulously assessing new leads

Role & responsibilities:

1. Identify and Generate Business Opportunities:

  • Responsible for boosting company sales by acquiring new clients and persuading existing
  • clients to acquire more services.
  • Generating leads from US and UK market through email marketing, LinkedIn and other
  • platforms using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential target markets, industries, and clients.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's services and their competitive advantage.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, such as cold
  • calling, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Create a growth strategy that prioritizes both financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Promote the company’s services.
  • Participate in bidding and submit proposal.
  • Maintain records of sales.

2. Relationship Building and Client Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Maintain long-term fruitful relationships with existing and new consumers.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients to showcase the company's offerings and value proposition.
  • Understand client's needs, challenges, and goals to tailor solutions that.

3. Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Following complete sales cycle and ensuring payment collection and post sales servicing clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product development, to optimize sales efforts and align with company goals.
  • Make suggestions for improvements or new products and services that customers might be interested in.

4. Market Analysis and Strategy Development:

  • Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential risks.
  • Conduct regular analysis of sales data and metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market research and analysis.

Skills Required:

  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative, consistently meeting or exceeding targets in IT Software and/or IT Service sales.
  • Exp. In Research Analysis, Database reporting & e-mail Campaigns
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing of the sales.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Experience in Digital marketing and running campaigns.
  • Experience in Pre-Sales and RFP handling.
