Hiring Manager

As a Hiring Manager at Octane Apps, you will be at the forefront of talent acquisition, responsible for identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent to drive our company's growth. Your role will involve strategizing, planning, and executing recruitment efforts across various channels to build a diverse and skilled team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the company's hiring needs and objectives.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of methods to ensure the selection of high-quality talent.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing requirements and provide guidance on best hiring practices.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate assessments, and offer negotiations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, external partners, and industry professionals to enhance our recruitment network.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and recruitment technologies to continuously improve our hiring processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Hiring Manager or in a similar recruitment role, preferably in the technology sector.
• Solid understanding of recruitment principles, techniques, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and platforms for candidate sourcing and tracking.
